The Candidate

We are searching for an ambitious individual with architectural glass sales experience. Plus if this candidate has strong current relationships in the A+D, GC, millwork, and glass company fields. This candidate will assume significant responsibility for business growth. We look to build a lasting relationship with this candidate in one of this company. Compensation is comprised of salary, bonuses, and commissions with high earning potential and no limits to how much you can earn.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects and customers
  • Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
  • Meet and/or exceed quotas
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of sales experience
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Experience with construction/architectural products and processes preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

We are searching for a reliable, deadline-driven Construction Supervisor to oversee glazing installation teams for our company. Our project span across the southeast and are currently focused in GA, FL, TN, NC & SC. The position requires traveling to the job sites which will include some overnight trips. The company pays for transportation, lodging and per diem for food when overnight trips are required. Bi-lingual communication skills is highly desired [English/Spanish]. The Installation Manager’s responsibilities include recruiting new team members and subcontractors, monitoring performance and making recommendations for improvement, as well as educating all team members on safety. You should ensure that projects stay within budget and that required materials and equipment are available in order to maintain project schedules.

Responsibilities:

  • Allocate resources for assigned projects
  • Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Negotiate with subcontractors & vendors to receive competitive material and service costs
  • Staying up-to-date with safety codes and advancements in construction.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
  • Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
  • Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
  • Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
  • Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
  • Evaluating the performance of construction employees/subcontractors and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
  • Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
  • Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
  • Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
  • Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections.
  • Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff.
  • Writing up reports, budgets, project plans, and presenting them to relevant management personnel.
  • Processing paperwork and traveling to multiple sites as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
  • Interior glazing experience installing showers, mirrors, barn doors, etc.
  • Familiarity with construction management software
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure.
  • Ability to keep track of multiple projects.
  • CPR and first aid certifications.
  • Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations as related to interior glazing work.
  • Working knowledge of construction & glazing tools and equipment.
  • The ability to interpret blueprints.
  • Outstanding leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
